Good to know
- Check the catalog first by uploading an offer file with the UPC as product-id, product-id-type GTIN and quantity 0; rows that return The product does not exist need full product creation.
- Always import in Normal mode, because Delete and replace mode deletes all existing offers immediately.
- Offer condition cannot be changed after an offer is created, and lead time to ship is capped at two days.
- The primary image cannot show lifestyle scenes, badges, logos, packaging, accessories not included or any text not printed on the product, and an automated check requires at least 500 px on the longest side after background removal.
