Newegg takes items through data feeds, and tools need Newegg's partner registration to send them.
What Newegg checks
- Title up to 200 characters
- Description required, 50 characters or more recommended
- Main photo required, 3 or more recommended
- SKU required
- Marketplace category required
- Manufacturer required
- Part number (MPN) required
- Barcode (UPC/EAN) required
- Barcodes must have a valid check digit
- Bullet points required
- Weight required
- Pack quantity required
- Price required
- Quantity required
- Condition recommended
- Country of origin recommended
- More images required when it applies
Good to know
- Manufacturer must already exist in Newegg's list (request new ones via mktp.content@newegg.com), and SellerPartNumber, Manufacturer, MPN, UPC, PacksOrSets and ItemCondition cannot be changed after creation.
- BulletDescription is one field of max 1000 characters total including spaces and the ^^ separators between bullets, with no HTML.
- Description HTML is limited to ol, ul, li, br, p, b, i, u, em, strong, sub and sup with every tag closed, and no price, shipping, warranty, URLs or cross selling.
- Give dimensions in inches and weight in pounds with two decimals and no units, for example 1.00.
